With the Announcement of the Annual Passholder replacement for Disneyland in California, it's worth a look at the new offerings and the value they bring.
With Magic Key options ranging from $649 for most guests all the way to $1399 for the best pass, the prices are comparable to those pre-pandemic, with the elimination of monthly payment plans for non-California residents.
The ticketing options themselves seem relatively convenient (the "blackout dates" have yet to be revealed) and with discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on select food and merchandise offerings, the details remain to be fully revealed.
For most guests visiting the park from out of town, the "Enchant" magic key at $649 with four reservations allowed, and 10% off select food and merchandise, the decision to take the key or pay for tickets is really dependent the number of days you plan to be in the parks and whether special offers on resort hotels will be available.
In any case, it's nice to see California locals will once again have an annual pass scheme to visit Disneyland.
